What can I use Virtual Summits Software for?

Virtual Summits Software is the quickest and easiest way to host your summit. Whether you are hosting a traditional pre-recorded summit, or want to include live streaming components. Plus keep your summit running even after it ends with our Ever-Summit technology. You can continue to use your summit on going Forever.

How does the attendee registrations work?

Every summit has a preset number of attendees depending on the plan you choose. When someone registers for your summit that counts as an attendee registration. No worries if you go over the limit. We’ll never block a registration. You’ll just be charged the small fee for additional registrations if you go over your limit based on the plan you’ve chosen.

What payment providers do you support

If you want to charge attendees for your summit or want your attendees to purchase a summit offer then you will need to connect to a payment provider. We currently support stripe merchant accounts. Please note there will be a VSS transaction fee charged depending on the plan you are on.

Do I need a zoom or video conferencing account?

If you are wanting to do live streaming sessions you will need to incorporate a streaming platform such as zoom, facebook live, or any streaming service. If you are running a traditional (pre-recorded) summit you can use any video hosting platform (youtube, vimeo, wistia, etc) to integrate with VSS.

Do I need to be techy to use Virtual Summits Software?

Absolutely not. If you can use a keyboard you can quickly and easily host a summit. No team needed. No developers required. You can create a professional summit in a matter of hours using VSS.

What is the Demo Plan?

The demo plan is FREE forever. It’s designed to allow you as much time as you need to learn the platform and feel confident in hosting your summit. You can’t publish an active summit on this plan. When you are ready to start building your summit simply upgrade to the plan that is right for you.

What if I need help on my summit?

We have you covered. All plans include email support. Our Business Premiere plan includes live summit support to a tech specialist to assist you. If you want advanced training we provide a full suite of courses & trainings over everything you could desire. We even provide a weekly podcast with deep dive trainings. If you need it, we have it.
